This directory contains the S4 and Sigma Phi data files used to create daily maps for ionospheric irregularitis.
The directory follows the structure:
- scintillation (main folder)
	- year
		- station
			- doy
				- data
						

The data file name is: STN_YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm.dat. where:
STN: station label (3 letters)
YYYY: year   (4 digits)
MM:   month  (2 digits)
DD:   day    (2 digits)
hh:   hour   (2 digits)
mm:   minute (2 digits)

The data file contains 11 columns as described below:
Column #:Header       Description
1 SVID:   Satellite ID for all GNSS constelations 
2 S4:     S4 value
3 0000:   Zero mark
4 AZ:     Azimuth coordinate of the S4
5 EL:     Elevation coordinate of the S4
6 ROTI:   Parameter not available in the current version
7 TEC_R:  Parameter not available in the current version
8 S_N:    Parameter not available in the current version
9 DPR:    Parameter not available in the current version
10 DPC:   Parameter not available in the current version
11 MIN:   Parameter not available in the current version
